利用SSR标记位点、单体醇溶蛋白、B组醇溶蛋白和淀粉粒结合蛋白(SGP)等4个方面对中国高原坝区栽培青稞的遗传多样性进行综合评价。认为高原坝区栽培青稞具有丰富的遗传多样性。
The genetic diversity of cultivated highland barley in the plateau of the Chinese Plateau was evaluated comprehensively using SSR marker locus, gliadin, g-prolamin and starch granule-binding protein (SGP). It is considered that the cultivated barley in the plateau area is rich in genetic diversity.
