采用复合乳化体系,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸为共聚单体,采用预乳化半连续种子乳液聚合法,制备了颜料用高光丙烯酸酯乳液。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、粒径测试(PCS)、透射电镜(TEM)和扫描电镜(SEM)等对乳液性能进行了分析与表征。结果表明:乳液固含量为42%、光泽度为85.2,乳液各项稳定性较好;乳液聚合程度较高,乳液平均粒径DH为121.5 nm,分子量分布指数(PDI)仅为0.062,粒径分布较窄;聚合物体系中单个微球和交联微球共同存在,且单分散微球具有核壳结构。
The composite emulsion system was used to prepare high-gloss acrylic emulsion for pigment with pre-emulsion semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization using methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate and acrylic acid as comonomers. The performance of the emulsion was characterized and analyzed by FT-IR, PCS, TEM and SEM. The results showed that the emulsion had a solid content of 42% and a gloss of 85.2. The stability of the emulsion was better. The emulsion polymerization degree was higher. The average particle diameter DH was 121.5 nm, the molecular weight distribution index (PDI) was only 0.062, Narrow distribution; single polymer microspheres and crosslinked microspheres co-exist, and monodisperse microspheres with a core-shell structure.
