目的:分析护患沟通APP在有创通气患者中的应用情况。方法:将2016年3月至2016年6月的有创通气患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组。医护人员采用护患沟通APP与观察组沟通,采用传统方法与对照组沟通。记录2组患者的一般资料并比较2组患者沟通困难程度、焦虑抑郁状态、ICU谵妄发生率。结果:2组患者一般资料、急性生理和慢性健康评分Ⅱ评分的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组患者沟通困难程度、焦虑抑郁状态、ICU谵妄发生率比较,差异有统计学意义。结论:护患沟通APP在降低ICU患者沟通困难程度,降低焦虑抑郁及谵妄发生率方面有明显的优势,具有良好的应用前景。
Objective: To analyze the application of nurse-patient communication APP in patients with invasive ventilation. Methods: The patients with invasive ventilation from March 2016 to June 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Nurses and patients using APP communication with the observation group, using traditional methods to communicate with the control group. The general information of two groups of patients was recorded and the communication difficulty, anxiety and depression status and the incidence of delirium in ICU were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in general information, acute physiology and chronic health score Ⅱ between the two groups (P> 0.05). The degree of communication difficulties, anxiety and depression status and the incidence of delirium in ICU in the two groups were significantly different. Conclusion: Nursing-patient communication APP has obvious advantages in reducing the communication difficulty of ICU patients and reducing the incidence of anxiety, depression and delirium, and has good application prospect.
