为了提高铁/钢界面物流调控水平,以A钢厂铁/钢界面鱼雷罐为研究对象,运用冶金流程工程学理论,对鱼雷罐运行事件、时间参数进行解析,提出鱼雷罐周转个数计算方法,给出鱼雷罐运行控制水平的两个评价指标,并对鱼雷罐运行进行优化,形成鱼雷罐运行控制技术.该技术应用后效果明显:可将两座高炉的鱼雷罐周转个数由22减至18,使鱼雷罐周转率比原来提高0.5次,连续化程度系数分别提高0.09(1号高炉)和0.08(2号高炉).
