目的 :了解慢性细菌性前列腺炎 (CBP)患者前列腺液 (EPS)的细菌感染情况及药敏结果。方法 :对 76 4例CBP患者的EPS标本进行常规培养及淋病奈瑟菌的特殊培养和细菌鉴定 ,药敏试验采用K B法。结果 :12 6例EPS细菌培养阳性。其中单一G+ 菌感染 46例 ,单一G-菌感染 70例 ,9例为 2种细菌 ,1例为 3种细菌混合感染。 5 9株G+ 球菌对头孢唑啉、阿米卡星及头孢哌酮敏感率最高。 6 1株肠杆菌科细菌对阿米卡星和头孢哌酮敏感率最高。结论 :CBP的致病菌种类较多 ,细菌易产生耐药性。
Objective: To understand the bacterial infection and drug susceptibility of prostatic fluid (EPS) in patients with chronic bacterial prostatitis (CBP). Methods: The EPS specimens of 76 4 CBP patients were routinely cultured and Neisseria gonorrhoeae were cultured in vitro and identified by bacteria. K B method was used for drug sensitivity test. Results: 12 6 EPS bacterial cultures were positive. Among them, 46 cases were single G + infection, 70 cases were single G-bacteria infection, 9 cases were two kinds of bacteria, and one case was mixed infection of three kinds of bacteria. Five strains of C + bacteria were the most sensitive to cefazolin, amikacin and cefoperazone. Six strains of Enterobacteriaceae were the most sensitive to amikacin and cefoperazone. Conclusion: CBP pathogens more bacteria prone to drug resistance.
