鲜山药经传统工艺加工而制成的产品含硫量较高,难以满足当今中药市场标准的要求,且2005版《中国药典(一部)》已取消硫熏的产地加工方法。因此山药的产地加工方法需符合现今标准,且切合实际操作。对硫熏工艺、沸水或蒸汽处理、护色液处理、微波干燥、冷冻升华干燥等山药处理工艺进行阐述,分析比较几种无硫加工工艺,以期为山药科学合理用药提供参考依据。
Fresh yam processed by traditional technology and products made of high sulfur content, it is difficult to meet the requirements of today’s Chinese medicine market standards, and the 2005 version of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia (a)” has canceled sulfur smoked origin processing methods. Therefore, the processing methods yam origin must be in line with current standards, and meet the actual operation. The process of yam smoked, boiling water or steam treatment, color protection liquid treatment, microwave drying, freezing and sublimation drying and other yam processing technologies are described. Several sulfur-free processing technologies are compared and analyzed in order to provide a reference for scientific and rational drug use.
