采用溶胶凝胶法在不锈钢基体表面上制备SiO_2-TiO_2-ZrO_2复合涂层,并讨论了膜的形成原理和溶胶凝胶涂层的制备过程。在本实验中,通过分步水解法制备复合溶胶,用旋涂仪进行涂层涂覆,其转速为2000 r/min。经过差热分析(DTA)、热失重分析(TG)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、红外光谱(IR),以及扫描电镜(SEM)等相关设备对其结构和性能进行相关分析,涂层的抗腐性能则是通过电化学实验来进行讨论的。结果表明,800℃热处理后的SiO_2-TiO_2-ZrO_2复合涂层的基片的抗腐蚀能力要比裸片大1~2个数量级。
SiO 2 -TiO 2 -ZrO 2 composite coating was prepared on the surface of stainless steel substrate by sol-gel method. The forming principle of the film and the preparation process of the sol-gel coating were discussed. In this experiment, the composite sol was prepared by stepwise hydrolysis and coated with a spin-coater at a speed of 2000 r / min. The structures and properties of the coatings were analyzed by DTA, TG, XRD, IR and SEM. Corrosion resistance is discussed through electrochemical experiments. The results show that the corrosion resistance of SiO 2 -TiO 2 -ZrO 2 composite coating after heat treatment at 800 ℃ is 1 ~ 2 orders of magnitude larger than that of bare die.
