防洪墙是主要承受水平荷载的结构,通常采用混凝土或者浆砌石重力式结构、混凝土悬臂式、混凝土扶臂式等结构。一般要求结构不能产生水平向变形。而桩基础的水平承载力恰恰需要水平变形,才能发挥出水平承载力。文章首次从桩基础防洪墙现状存在的渗漏、变形等现象出发,找出地基防渗和水平承载力不满足要求等问题。分析上部重力式结构与基础桩基如何协调工作。对于承台基土的水平承载力,除规范规定的不应计取的情况外,笔者还提出了自己的观点。

The general requirements of the structure can not produce horizontal deformation.
