从小鼠睾丸精母细胞染色体畸变,大鼠睾丸损伤的病理组织学以及血清睾酮(T)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)和黄体生成素(LH)水平几个方面研究三硝基甲苯(TNT)对雄性生殖系统的毒性。发现:TNT可引起小鼠睾丸精母细胞染色体的畸变率较高,以染色体的断裂为主,可使大鼠睾丸组织严重损伤直至萎缩。高剂量组动物血清睾酮水平下降,其它染毒组血清FSH、LH水平与对照组比较无差异,上述变化提示,TNT对睾丸的损伤可能是毒物的直接作用。
Trinitrotoluene (TNT) was studied in terms of chromosomal aberrations in mouse testicular spermatocytes, histopathology of testicular lesions in rats, and serum testosterone (T), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) Male reproductive system toxicity. Found: TNT can cause high testicular germ cell chromosome aberration in mice, mainly to chromosome rupture, can cause severe damage to rat testes until atrophy. The level of serum testosterone decreased in high-dose group. There was no difference in serum FSH and LH levels between the other groups and the control group. These changes suggest that the damage of testicular to TNT may be the direct effect of poison.
