文章在对矿业经济区产业生态系统适应性内涵进行界定的基础上,基于易损性、敏感性、稳定性和弹性等适应性要素,构建了霍邱矿业经济区产业生态系统适应性评价指标体系。利用主客观结合的层次分析法和熵值法确定了评价指标体系的权重,进而利用递阶多层次评价方法对霍邱矿业经济区2008—2012年的产业生态系统适应性进行了评价。研究结果表明,霍邱矿业经济区的产业生态系统适应性指数由0.158 5提升至0.175 9,产业生态适应能力逐渐增强,产业生态系统脆弱性降低。其中资源环境子系统的适应能力显著增强,但产业系统内部仍存在敏感性高、易损性强、稳定性差的问题。基于上述结论,进一步提出了增强霍邱矿业经济区产业生态系统适应性的对策建议。
Based on the definition of the connotation of industrial ecosystem in mining economic zone and based on the adaptive factors such as vulnerability, sensitivity, stability and elasticity, the paper constructs the index system of industrial ecosystem suitability evaluation in Huoqiu Mining Economic Zone . The subjective and objective analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy method were used to determine the weight of the evaluation index system. Then, the hierarchical eco-system adaptability of Huoqiu Mining Economic Zone from 2008 to 2012 was evaluated by using the hierarchical and multi-level evaluation method. The results show that the index of adaptability of industrial ecosystem in Huoqiu Mining Economic Zone increased from 0.158 5 to 0.175 9, the ecological adaptability of industries gradually increased, and the vulnerability of industrial ecosystem decreased. Among them, the adaptability of resource and environment subsystems has been significantly enhanced. However, there still exist some problems such as high sensitivity, strong vulnerability and poor stability within the industrial system. Based on the above conclusions, further suggestions are put forward to enhance the adaptability of industrial ecosystem in Huoqiu Mining Economic Zone.
