三菱重工业株式会社试制了一台OP—3型自动更换主轴箱组合机床(图1)。该机床用于加工推土机转向系统离合器壳体。 机床采用卧式的配置方案,六个主轴箱贮存在椭圆形环架中。机床采用了刚性较好的专用机械动力头,进给系统采用了滚珠丝杠,并从主轴传动系统中获得进给运动。因此可以进行螺孔加工。主轴箱7(图2)的尺寸约1米×1米,以四个支承块5的小平面和动力头接触,用两个φ60毫米伸缩式定位销进行定位,用四个夹紧油缸4通过Г形压板6夹紧。据称主轴箱重复定位精度可达0.01毫米。六个主轴箱共有主轴346根。为了提高加工精度,据介绍主轴箱的镗孔位置精度都控制在±5微米之内。
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. tried out an OP-3 automatic replacement headstock combination machine (Figure 1). This machine is used to machine the bulldozer steering system clutch housing. The machine has a horizontal configuration with six headstocks stored in an oval ring. The machine tool uses a rigid rigid special mechanical power head, the feed system uses a ball screw, and feed movement from the spindle drive system. Therefore, screw holes can be machined.
