对张家界电网的电能质量进行了测量、分析和评估,并提出了合理的治理方案。结合相关国家标准和张家界电网的实际运行参数,详细计算了电气化铁路(以下简称电铁)允许注入张家界电网的谐波电流值和负序电流值。推荐采用“FC+TCR”的方案对谐波进行治理,FC由5次、7次单调谐滤波器组成;同时,将电铁运行的功率因数由0·90提高至0·95。
The power quality of Zhangjiajie Power Grid was measured, analyzed and evaluated, and a reasonable control plan was put forward. Combined with the relevant national standards and the actual operating parameters of Zhangjiajie Power Grid, the harmonic current values and negative sequence current values allowed to be injected into Zhangjiajie Power Grid are calculated in detail. It is recommended to adopt the scheme of “FC + TCR” to control the harmonics. FC consists of 5 and 7 single-tuned filters; meanwhile, the power factor of the electric railway operation is increased from 0.90 to 0.95.
