本机主要是在海洋性气候条件下,高温、高湿,且经常处于冲击和振动等不利环境条件下工作的。为了使机器在较长时间内稳定可靠地工作。就必须消除不利环境条件对机器工作状态的影响。在结构设计时,除了选择合理的结构形式,以及要有足够的强度和刚度、体积小、重量轻、便于操作维修外,还必须着重考虑整机的通风散热、三防和防冲击振动等问题。下面就谈谈我们在本机结构设计中,是如何考虑这三方面问题的。
