目的探讨Sono Liver时间强度曲线在眼附属器淋巴瘤和眼眶良性肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法以手术病理检查结果为标准,回顾性分析35例眼附属器淋巴瘤和20例眼眶良性肿瘤患者的超声造影过程。使用Sono Liver造影分析软件获取肿瘤的时间-强度曲线(time-intensity curve,TIC),记录造影剂的到达时间(AT)、上升时间(RT)、达峰时间(TTP)和峰值强度(IMAX),分析肿瘤增强模式并计数,比较这些指标在眼附属器淋巴瘤和眼眶良性肿瘤中有无区别。结果眼附属器淋巴瘤RT(7.64±2.65)s<良性肿瘤(10.60±4.84)s,淋巴瘤TTP(9.44±2.05)s<良性肿瘤(26.07±9.90)s,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);眼附属器淋巴瘤AT(15.78±3.38)s与眼眶良性肿瘤(14.11±5.86)s,眼附属器淋巴瘤IMAX(462.69±363.08)%>眼眶良性肿瘤IMAX(365.76±307.98)%,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。眼附属器淋巴瘤增强程度明显高于眼眶良性肿瘤(P<0.05)。结论Sono Liver相关超声造影参数分析在眼附属器淋巴瘤和眼眶良性肿瘤的诊断中具有一定的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the value of Sono Liver time intensity curve in the diagnosis of ocular adnexal lymphoma and benign orbital tumors. Methods According to the results of surgery and pathology, 35 cases of adnexa lymphoma and 20 cases of orbital benign tumor were retrospectively analyzed. The time-intensity curve (TIC) of tumor was obtained by Sono Liver angiography software. The time of arrival (AT), rise time (RT), peak time (TTP) and peak intensity (IMAX) , Analysis of tumor enhancement patterns and counting, comparison of these indicators in the adnexal lymphoma and orbital benign tumor whether the difference. Results There were significant differences between the two groups (P> 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01) (15.28 ± 3.38) s and benign orbital tumors (14.11 ± 5.86) s, respectively. The IMAX of the appendage lymphoma (462.69 ± 363.08%) was significantly higher than that of benign orbital tumors (365.76 ± 307.98% , There was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Ocular adnexal lymphoma was significantly higher than benign orbits (P <0.05). Conclusion Sono Liver-related ultrasound contrast parameter analysis has certain value in the diagnosis of adnexal lymphoma and benign orbital tumors.
