一、班级常规教育现状1.教师对班级常规教育的认识不够由于部分教师教育观念的滞后,还固守传统教育的经验,从而使幼儿园班级常规教育在内容上,要求上都显得十分的僵化。例如:在我们幼儿园经常看到一个班级四五十个孩子围坐在一起,上课时,不许孩子随便讲话,有的孩子因为积极发言或抢断别人的话,就会遭到教师的批评。教育的目的是解放心灵,而不是利用强势压迫使人服从。我们教师应该深刻认识到这种传统的班级
