按照热处理炉和加热炉的特点进行最佳控制,目前已进入到采用计算机在线控制的阶段。为了保证控制的安全可靠,控制内容和控制范围的合理性,在仪器仪表方面通常采用分散型微处理机检测仪表系统与它相适应。本文讨论这种检测仪表系统在热处理炉和加热炉中的应用。系统采用三台微处理机分别用于管理、热处理和热控制,组成分散型系统。热处理炉可以有27个以上的回路,加热炉可有20个以上的回路。
In accordance with the characteristics of heat treatment furnace and furnace for optimal control, has now entered the computer-based control of the stage. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the control, the content of the control and the reasonableness of the control range, decentralized microprocessor instrumentation system is usually adopted in the instrumentation. This article discusses the application of this instrumentation system in heat treatment furnaces and furnaces.
