以水泥、石英砂等为主要基材，并掺入多种活性化学物质制备水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料，探讨了水泥的品种及加量、石英砂的级配及活性物等对水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料性能的影响。测试结果表明，涂料的各项性能指标均已达到或超过了国家标准，且不低于国外同类产品的性能指标。
