10年开发与实施CIMS的经验和教训告诉我们,CIMS不是一个单纯的技术系统,在现有组织结构和业务流程的基础上简单地实施CIMS,往往困难重重并且不能取得较好的效果。本文认为,应该用企业重组中的新思想丰富CIM“集成”的内涵,并将其用到CIMS的开发和实施中。在对企业业务过程进行根本再思考和彻底再设计的基础上开发和实施CIMS,可以取得显著的、突破性的效果
The experience and lessons of 10 years of developing and implementing CIMS tell us that CIMS is not a purely technical system. Simply implementing CIMS based on existing organizational structures and business processes is often difficult and can not achieve good results. This paper argues that the connotation of CIM “integration” should be enriched by the new ideas in enterprise restructuring and used in the development and implementation of CIMS. Developing and implementing CIMS based on fundamental rethinking and thorough redesign of business processes can deliver significant, breakthrough results
