采用液相还原法,以硼氢化钠为形核促进剂,在低温下制备了非晶纳米镍粉。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜/光电子能谱(SEM-EDS)、原子力显微镜(AFM)分别对纳米镍粉的物相、组分、微观形貌及粒径进行了分析,探究了反应物摩尔比、pH调节剂和形核促进剂用量对所制镍粉磷含量的影响。结果表明,硫酸镍与次亚磷酸钠的摩尔比1:3、pH调节剂质量浓度1.92 g/L、形核促进剂质量浓度0.4 g/L为最佳配方,该条件下制得的纳米镍粉的磷含量为质量分数13.16%,且粉体为非晶结构,分散均匀。
Using liquid reduction method, sodium borohydride as a nucleating accelerator, amorphous nickel nanoparticles were prepared at low temperature. The phase, composition, micro-morphology and particle size of nano-nickel powder were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM-EDS) and atomic force microscope (AFM) The effects of molar ratio of reactants, pH adjusting agent and nucleation promoter on the content of nickel powder were investigated. The results showed that the optimal molar ratio of nickel sulfate to sodium hypophosphite was 1: 3, the concentration of pH adjusting agent was 1.92 g / L and the concentration of nucleation promoter was 0.4 g / L. The prepared nano-nickel Powder phosphorus content of 13.16% mass fraction, and the powder is amorphous structure, evenly dispersed.
