肺动脉高压(PAH)的主要病理生理变化是肺血管收缩和肺血管重塑。肺动脉平滑肌细胞(PASMC)是肺血管的主要成分,PASMC的增殖和凋亡失衡势必导致肺血管收缩和肺血管重塑;许多细胞因子和生长因子、内源性气体分子及细胞膜离子通道也参与了PAH的调控。
The main pathophysiological changes of pulmonary hypertension (PAH) are pulmonary vasoconstriction and pulmonary vascular remodeling. Pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells (PASMC) are the main components of the pulmonary blood vessels. The imbalance between proliferation and apoptosis of PASMC will lead to pulmonary vasoconstriction and pulmonary vascular remodeling. Many cytokines and growth factors, endogenous gas molecules and membrane ion channels are also involved PAH regulation.
