《绿色餐饮管理》是餐饮管理专业的核心课程,为了更好地培养绿色餐饮人才,本研究主要以协同创新理念为指导,针对课程教学设计存在的问题,经过实践研究进行课程教学改革,完善以课堂培养、教师指导、创新竞赛、工作实践为一体的创新课程体系。
