取Wistar年轻雄性大鼠24小只分成实验组和对照组,分别饲维生素A(VA)缺乏和正常对照食物,从而建立亚临床VA缺乏大鼠动物模型。实验各阶段测定有关指标,总实验期80天。结果表明:亚临床VA缺乏对生长发育无明显影响,也无临床症状,但可影响造血功能,造成①与缺铁性贫血类似的血液学及生化改变②贮存铁释放障碍致肝脾铁累积。该结果为治疗缺铁性贫血提供了依据,对临床出现贫血单用铁剂效果不好者加用VA;则可能收到满意的效果。
The young male Wistar rats were divided into experimental group and control group at 24 hours and were fed with vitamin A (VA) deficiency and normal control diet respectively to establish a subclinical VA-deficient rat model. Relevant indexes were determined in each stage of experiment, the total experimental period was 80 days. The results showed that: subclinical VA lack of growth and development had no significant effect, but also no clinical symptoms, but can affect hematopoietic function, resulting in ① hematological and biochemical changes similar to iron deficiency anemia ② storage iron release disorder caused liver and spleen iron accumulation. The results provide the basis for the treatment of iron deficiency anemia, anemia clinical use of iron alone is not effective with the addition of VA; may receive satisfactory results.
