研究了数控电火花铣削加工的关键技术:电极损耗的在线补偿技术和电火花铣削的CAD/CAM技术。文章详细分析了获得电极损耗状态的各种途径和对电极损耗采取的策略,在此基础上提出了型腔电火花铣削加工工艺:粗加工时采用层面分割法,精加工时采用扫描法加工。根据电火花铣削加工的特点,以特征对象和特征关系为基础,开发了电火花铣削加工的CAD/CAPP/CAM集成系统,文中给出了系统结构模型,分析了系统工作模式和各子模块的功能。
The key technologies of CNC EDM milling are studied: online compensation of electrode loss and CAD / CAM technology of EDM. In this paper, the various ways of obtaining electrode wear state and the strategy of electrode wear loss are analyzed in detail. Based on this, a cavity EDM milling process is proposed: the surface division method is adopted for roughing and the scanning method is used for finishing. According to the characteristics of EDM milling, the CAD / CAPP / CAM integrated system of EDM milling is developed based on the characteristics of object and feature.
