According to our survey, about 8 out of every 10 children love to eat crisps. So, potato chips are the food that children love to eat. When I read an extra-curricular book, I learned that potato chips produce a chemical called acrylamide during the frying process. Acrylamide is a white powder, soluble in water, ethanol and other substances. Germany requires that the acrylamide content per liter of drinking water should not exceed 0.1 microgram, while the polyacrylamide content of 1 kilo potato chips is 1,000 micrograms. There are data records: EPA still acrylamide as a moderate carcinogen (its carcinogenic threat lower than cigarettes). The acrylamide in these chips
