茶树新梢的生长发育过程中,茶叶主要生化组成成分的变化,对茶叶的品质和产量具有决定性的作用。因此,要研究茶叶的品质与产量的关系,除了必须研究茶树生长发育过程中的生理变化外,同时还必须研究茶叶生化变化以及与茶树生长发育的关系。
