目的了解南水北调中线引江济汉水利工程对血吸虫病流行的影响,为制定防治对策提供依据。方法制定现场调查方案,调查工程区3个县(市、区)试点区基本情况及近4年内血吸虫病疫情,立档建库。结果工程区域内现有钉螺面积2531.97hm2,血吸虫病人20998人。病牛1352头。整个工程区渠道流域路线大部分为血吸虫病非流行区,部分流行区的疫情较轻。结论工程区存在着血吸虫病流行的潜在威胁因素,应采取相应的6项干预措施。如未实施血防措施,有可能发生血吸虫病局部暴发流行。
Objective To understand the impact of water diversion from the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project on the prevalence of schistosomiasis and provide basis for prevention and control measures. Methods Develop a site investigation program to investigate the basic situation of the pilot areas in three counties (cities and districts) in the project area and the epidemic situation of schistosomiasis in the past 4 years and establish a database at the archives. Results The existing snail area 2531.97hm2 in the project area and 20998 schistosomiasis patients. 1352 sick cow. Most of the drainage areas in the whole project area are non-endemic areas of schistosomiasis, and the epidemic in some endemic areas is light. Conclusions There is a potential threat to the prevalence of schistosomiasis in the project area. Six interventions should be taken accordingly. If no blood-prevention measures have been implemented, a local outbreak of schistosomiasis may occur.
