为探讨IFN γ在不同病理类型原发性肾病综合征 (PNS )肾损伤中的作用 ,采用ELISA法检测 32例不同病理类型PNS患者PBMC培养上清IFN γ的水平 ,应用德国KONTRONIBAS 2 5全自动图像分析系统对系膜增生性肾小球肾炎 (MsPGN )的系膜扩张程度进行定量分析。结果MsPGN组PBMC培养上清IFN γ水平显著高于非增生性肾炎 (非PGN )组和正常对照组 ,而非PGN组与正常对照组差异无显著性 ;直线相关分析发现 ,上清IFN γ水平与MsPGN患者尿FDP浓度呈正相关 ,而与系膜扩张程度呈负相关 ,与肾功能、 2 4h尿蛋白排泄量 (2 4hUPQ )无关。提示IFN γ参与增生性肾炎 (PGN )免疫炎症过程。
To investigate the role of IFNγ in renal injury of primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS) with different pathological types, the levels of IFNγ in PBMC culture supernatant of 32 PNS patients with different pathological types were detected by ELISA. The KONTRONIBAS 2 5 automatic The image analysis system quantitatively analyzed the mesangial expansion of mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis (MsPGN). Results The level of IFN-γ in the supernatant of PBMC of MsPGN group was significantly higher than that of non-proliferative glomerulonephritis (non-PGN) group and normal control group, while there was no significant difference between non-PGN group and normal control group. The linear correlation analysis showed that IFN- And urinary FDP concentration in patients with MsPGN was positively correlated with the degree of mesangial expansion was negatively correlated with renal function, urinary protein excretion 24 h (24 hUPQ). It is suggested that IFN γ is involved in the process of immune inflammation in proliferative glomerulonephritis (PGN).
