目的探讨经颅多普勒超声在诊断早期脑动脉硬化症问题上的价值,研究其医学意义,从而为临床提供借鉴意义。方法选取我院2009年1月至2011年1月这2年内收治的早期脑动脉硬化症和无明显神经系统阳性体征患者各40例,并且将这40例无明显神经系统阳性体征患者作为对照组。采取经颅多普勒超声头架固定2MHz超声监护探头[1],分别检测和记录和计算两组患者的动脉血流速度、搏动指数、基底动脉和峰时指数,随后对脑动脉硬化程度作出评估。然后收集两组患者的临床资料,并对其结果进行回顾性分析。结果早期脑动脉硬化症这一观察组和对照组比较而言,他们的动脉血流速度和搏动指数之间的差异并不明显;但是基底动脉明显出现延长,峰时指数也明显增大。结论通过检测早期脑动脉硬化症患者的动脉血流速度和搏动指数,不能够准确判断早期脑动脉硬化症,然而峰时指数可以在一定程度上判断早期脑动脉硬化症。
Objective To explore the value of transcranial Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of early cerebral arteriosclerosis and to study its medical significance so as to provide reference for clinical application. Methods Forty patients with early stage cerebral arteriosclerosis and no obvious positive neurological signs admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to January 2011 were enrolled in this study. Forty patients with no obvious neurological signs were selected as the control group . A transcranial Doppler ultrasound was used to fix the 2 MHz ultrasound monitoring probe [1]. The arterial blood flow velocity, pulsatility index, basilar artery and peak index were detected and recorded in two groups respectively. Then the extent of cerebral arteriosclerosis was made Evaluation. Then collect the clinical data of two groups of patients, and the results of a retrospective analysis. Results Compared with the control group, early observation of arteriosclerosis in the cerebral arteriosclerosis group showed no significant difference in arterial blood flow velocity and pulsatility index; however, the basilar artery obviously prolonged and the peak index increased significantly. Conclusion Early cerebral arteriosclerosis can not be accurately judged by detecting arterial blood flow velocity and pulsatility index in patients with early stage cerebral arteriosclerosis. However, the peak hour index can be used to judge early stage of cerebral arteriosclerosis.
