本研究表明:湖北海棠[MalushupehensisRehd]、山定子[M.baccata(L.)Borkh]、西府海棠[M.micromaluMakino]、毛山定子[M.mandshurica(Maxim.)Komrov]、三叶海棠[M.sieholdiiRehd]、垂丝海棠[M.halliamaKoehne]6个种苹果叶片两面茸毛平均长度最短,无论与苹果[M.pumilaMill]的二倍体或三倍体栽培品种、或与矮化砧比较差异均显著。三倍体品种叶片上表皮茸毛长度与粗度及下表皮茸毛粗度均大於二倍体品种.元帅系短枝型品种无论上下表皮毛的长度与粗度均比普通品种大.故而认为叶片茸毛在苹果种质鉴定研究中可做为一项重要参考依据。
This study shows that: Malus hupehensis [MalushupehensisRehd], mountain stator [M. Baccata (L.) Borkh], West Begonia [M. micromaluMakino], Mao Shan stator [M. mandshurica (Maxim.) Komrov], Begonia [M. sieholdiiRehd], hanging Begonia [M. HalliamaKoehne] The average length of the two species of apple leaves on both sides is the shortest, no matter with apple [M. pumilaMill] diploid or triploid cultivars, or compared with dwarfing anvil significant differences. Triploid varieties of epidermal hair length and thickness of the lower epidermal hair and coarse hair are greater than the diploid varieties. Marshal Department of short-spike type of upper and lower epidermal hair length and roughness than the average variety. Therefore, it is considered that the leaf hairs can be used as an important reference in the identification of apple germplasm.
