本实验选用日本大耳白家兔52只,观察了清开灵液对白细胞致热源(leucocyticpyro-gen,LP)性发热效应及脑脊液(CSF)中cAMP含量变化的影响。结果显示:(1)清开灵液对家兔正常体温的影响与正常对照组相比没有明显的差异(P>0.05)。(2)单独注射LP引起直肠温度上升0.93±0.20℃(△T),体温反应指数(TRT_4)为1.90±0.51。LP+清开灵组,静脉注射LP半小时前肌肉注射清开灵液,△T为0.46±0.14℃;TRI_4为0.86±0.21,与单独注射LP组比较差异非常显著(P<0.001),说明清开灵液有明显的解热作用。(3)静脉注射LP1h时,检测兔CSF中cAMP含量为24.75±3.74pmol/ml,而LP+清开灵组cAMP含量为18.25±1.00pmol/ml,两组相比差异非常显著(P<0.01)。同时发现清开灵液有使正常家兔CSF中cAMP含量下降的趋势。各组体温变化与CSF中cAMP含量变化呈显著正相关(r=0.9842,P<0.05)。本实验结果表明,清开灵液不仅抑制LP引起的发热反应,而且明显降低LP引起的CSF中cAMP含量的增多。作者推论:清开灵液的?
In this experiment, 52 Japanese white rabbits were selected to observe the effect of Qingkailing solution on leucocytic pyro-gen (LP) fever and cAMP content in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). The results showed that: (1) The effect of Qingkailing solution on normal body temperature in rabbits was not significantly different from that in the normal control group (P>0.05). (2) LP injection alone increased the rectal temperature by 0.93±0.20°C (△T), and the body temperature response index (TRT_4) was 1.90±0.51. In LP+Qingkailing group, intramuscular injection of Qingkailing injection was performed half an hour after intravenous injection of LP. The △T was 0.46±0.14°C; TRI_4 was 0.86±0.21, which was significantly different from the LP group alone. (P<0.001), indicating that Qingkailing has obvious antipyretic effects. (3) The cAMP content in rabbit CSF was 24.75±3.74pmol/ml when LP1h was injected intravenously, while the cAMP content was 18.25±1.00pmol/ml in LP+ QingKaiLing group. Significant (P < 0.01). At the same time, it was found that Qingkailing had the tendency of decreasing cAMP content in normal rabbit CSF. There was a significant positive correlation between changes in body temperature and changes in cAMP content in CSF (r=0.9842, P<0.05). The results of this experiment show that Qingkailing solution not only inhibits the fever reaction caused by LP, but also significantly reduces the increase of cAMP content in CSF caused by LP.
