对传统的板料拉深性能评价指标极限拉伸比(LDR)进行了修正,提出了新的评价标准(工艺极限拉伸比)TLDR=f(R,n,σs,t,F压边,rd,rp,μ,Gap,…),即以工艺参数和板料基本力学性能参数为自变量的极限拉深比.导出了TLDR的理论计算公式,并对各影响因素进行了理论分析.TL-DR代表的不是在某一固定工艺条件下板料的拉深性能,而是在不同工艺条件下板料的实际拉深性能,因而TLDR的准确预测将有助于避免冲压加工中选材的盲目性.文中导出的公式不但可用于TLDR的直接计算(计算结果与试验结果符合较好),而且为进一步深入研究板料拉深性能(建立神经网络模型)提供了理论依据,具有较高的工程实用价值
A new evaluation criterion (process limit draw ratio) TLDR = f (R, n, σs, t, F pressure side, rd, rp, μ, Gap, ...), that is, the ultimate tensile ratio of the process parameters and the basic mechanical properties of the sheet as an independent variable.The theoretical formula of TLDR is derived and the theoretical analysis of each factor is carried out.TL -DR represents not the drawability of the sheet under a certain set of process conditions but rather the actual drawability of the sheet under different process conditions and thus the accurate prediction of TLDR will help to avoid the blind selection of material in the stamping process The formula derived in this paper can be used not only for the direct calculation of TLDR (the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results), but also provide a theoretical basis for further study of sheet metal drawing performance (establishing neural network model) Practical value
