对某矿用共轨柴油机连杆进行了有限元分析,得到连杆疲劳寿命与疲劳安全系数,并进行结构优化。结果表明:连杆的最小疲劳寿命点为连杆小头与杆身过渡处的凹槽内侧,疲劳寿命为2.681 2×108次,疲劳安全系数为1.526 4。对连杆进行了优化,得到了最优方案,优化后连杆体积减少3.5%,同时符合疲劳寿命要求。
Finite element analysis of the connecting rod of a common rail diesel engine was carried out to obtain the fatigue life and fatigue safety factor of the connecting rod and the structural optimization. The results show that the minimum fatigue life of the connecting rod is the inside of the groove at the transition between the small head of the connecting rod and the shaft, the fatigue life is 2.681 2 × 108 times and the fatigue safety factor is 1.526 4. The connecting rod was optimized and the optimal solution was obtained. The optimized connecting rod volume was reduced by 3.5%, and the fatigue life requirement was met at the same time.
