本文对冷冻复温后精子在不同介质中进行了离心孵育处理,结果显示∶精子营养液可使低温冷冻保存后复温的精子在较长时间内保持良好的活动率;细胞培养液1640能显著提高复温后精子的人宫颈粘液的穿透力(P<0.05)。细胞培养液M199、Ham'sF10和正常精浆对复温后精子功能无明显改善作用。离心处理(2000r/min)对复温后精子功能无损害作用。
