糖尿病是一种慢性代谢性疾病,其发病机理是胰岛素抵抗伴胰岛素分泌不足,改善胰岛素对糖、脂代谢紊乱的控制以及减少大血管并发症有着重要意义[1-2]。本文就本院糖尿病专科运用降糖Ⅱ号合并穴位按摩治疗58例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，对其临床疗效作一评价，报告如下。
