前言我国《工业与民用建筑抗震设计规范》(TJ11-74)根据建国后几次大地震的经验,给出了地震时饱和砂土液化的判别法(简称规范方法).这个方法简便易行,反映了控制砂土液化的几个主要因素.这个方法也为后来制定的其他几本抗震规范所采用.最近,国外也有人在他们的刊物上进行评价. 该规范在1974年颁布试行后,经历了1975年2月4日7.3级海城地震和1976年7月28日7.8
Foreword China’s “Code for Seismic Design of Industrial and Civil Buildings” (TJ11-74) provides a method for judging the liquefaction of saturated sand during earthquakes (referred to as the “standard method”) based on the experience of several major earthquakes since the founding of the People’s Republic of China. This method is simple and easy. It reflects several major factors controlling the liquefaction of sand. This method was also adopted by several other seismic codes that were later developed. Recently, some foreign countries have also conducted evaluations in their publications.
