随着对植物钼素营养研究的不断深入,关于土壤和植物中钼的分析方法进展很快。钼的分光光度法由于三元络合物显色反应的研究和应用,方法的灵敏度有了显著提高。催化极谱法测定钼的现行方法具有很高灵敏度,好的选择性和重现性的特点,是目前国内外测定土壤钼的主要方法之一。原子吸收分光光度法和ICP发射光谱分析法现时主要限于植物样品中钼的分析研究,有待于进一步完善。以上各种方法都说明土壤和植物中钼的分析工作正处于一个新的发展时期,这些方法的进展,无疑将会促进植物钼素营养研究向定量方向更加深入,为解决农业生产中的实际问题提供可靠的依据。
