由湖南省科委和湖南省教委下达,湖南杂交小麦研究中心何觉民教授、张海清副教授等承担的“通北野燕麦与小麦族间杂交的研究”课题,最近又获得突破性进展。1.首次以普通小麦作母本与通北野燕麦杂交获得成功。其杂种后代群体分离大,形态、抗性、生育期等均与母本有很大差异,目前已获得一大批高产、抗病、优质的品系。经鉴定,杂种F_1花粉母细胞减数分裂异常,用G-带法检验发现杂种根尖染色体显示出通北野燕麦的特征带型。2.对贵州农学院张庆勤教授创造的节节麦×通北野燕麦杂种双二倍体(简称节燕麦,下
