在我国社会主义市场经济飞速发展的新形势下,我国老龄化趋势越来越明显。老年大学作为终身教育的重要形式,是文化养老的具体实施途径,是老年人得以继续与社会保持联系的沟通桥梁。老年大学对开拓老人视野,提高老年人的学识与高雅气质具有重要作用。然而,目前我国老年大学的发展受到了多种因素的制约,为使老年大学得到可持续发展,本文调查分析其中所存在的主要问题,并对症下药,根据这些问题提出相应的解决措施。 Under the new situation of the rapid development of the socialist market economy in our country, the trend of aging in our country is becoming more and more obvious. Elder universities, as an important form of lifelong education, are concrete ways to implement the policy of providing for the aged and are the bridge of communication between the elderly and the society. Older universities have an important role in developing the vision of the elderly and in enhancing their knowledge and elegance in the elderly. However, at present, the development of the aged university in our country is restricted by many factors. In order to get the sustainable development of the older university, this article investigates and analyzes the main problems in it and gives the appropriate solutions to the problems.
