针对航空发动机叶片数控加工,本文提出了一种加工新工艺,即整体叶片盘加工再分割技术。文中对该工艺进行研究,与叶片传统数控加工工艺进行了比较,并介绍了该工艺的适用范围以及在新工艺中叶片组的布局。
Aeroengine blade for NC machining, this paper presents a new processing technology, that is, the overall blade disc re-segmentation technology. In this paper, the technology is compared with the traditional numerical control process of the blade, and the applicable scope of the process and the layout of the blade set in the new process are introduced.
