应用刚塑性有限元DEFORM-3D软件对楔横轧变断面收缩率等内径空心轴的成形过程进行了数值模拟。根据模拟和正交设计试验法分析结果,得到各工艺参数对变断面收缩率等内径空心轴椭圆度的影响规律和各因素对椭圆度影响的主次顺序以及工艺参数的最优水平组合。研究结果能为模具设计和工艺参数的确定提供理论依据。
The rigid plastic finite element method DEFORM-3D was used to simulate the forming process of hollow shaft with inner diameter reduced by cross-rolling cross-rolling. According to the results of simulation and orthogonal test, the influence of various process parameters on the ellipticity of hollow shaft with variable inner diameter and the main order of each factor and the optimal combination of process parameters were obtained. The results can provide a theoretical basis for the design of molds and the determination of process parameters.
