采用中学生应激源量表、应对方式量表和中学生心理健康量表,选择无锡市某高中对1775名学生进行了历时三年的跟踪调查,并用SPSS对数据进行统计分析,深入调查高中生学习生活中的应激源及其应对方式,并研究与心理健康的关联与归因。研究发现:高中生应激源主要表现为家庭压力、自身压力和教师压力,其次是学习压力、同学朋友压力和社会压力;高中生应对方式存在性别和年级差异;应激源、积极应对和消极应对对心理健康症状影响的主效应显著,应激源与消极应对之间存在着交互作用。应激源、应对方式和心理健康存在显著相关。
Based on the questionnaire of stressors of middle school students, coping style and mental health scale of middle school students, 1775 students from a high school in Wuxi were selected and followed up for three years. The data were analyzed by SPSS, and the senior high school students were further investigated The source of stress in life and its coping style, and research and mental health association and attribution. The study found that: the stressors of senior high school students are mainly family stress, self-stress and teacher stress, followed by study pressure, peer friend pressure and social pressure; the coping styles of senior high school students have gender and grade differences; stressors are positively coping and negative The main effect of coping with mental health symptoms was significant, and there was interaction between stressors and negative coping. There was a significant correlation between stressors, coping styles and mental health.
