企业文化在特定的内外部环境下产生并由环境所决定。当企业外部环境或内部运行状态发生变化时,企业必须顺应时代变化,不断对自身文化模式进行再造,才能持续促进企业发展。本文从企业文化再造的概念入手,分析了企业文化再造的契机、再造的内容以及文化再造的程序,希望为面临变动环境进行企业文化再造的企业提供理论指导。
Corporate culture in a particular internal and external environment generated by the environment. When the external environment or internal operating conditions change, enterprises must adapt to changes in the times, continue to re-create their own cultural model in order to continue to promote business development.
