采用电弧离子镀技术在Ni基定向凝固高温合金DZ125基材上制备了NiCoCrAlYSiB涂层,经热处理,获得沉积态和氧化态NiCoCrAlYSiB涂层样品,研究了盐雾腐蚀前后,不同状态NiCoCrAlYSiB涂层形貌及热处理工艺对材料抗电化学腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,经盐雾腐蚀后,沉积态NiCoCrAlYSiB涂层表面出现明显的腐蚀裂纹,氧化态NiCoCrAlYSiB涂层表面仅有少量针片状氧化铝保留。与沉积态NiCoCrAlYSiB涂层相比,氧化态NiCoCrAlYSiB涂层具有良好的抗电化学腐蚀能力。
The NiCoCrAlYSiB coatings were prepared by arc ion plating on the Ni-based high temperature solid-state superalloy DZ125 substrate. The NiCoCrAlYSiB coatings were obtained by heat treatment. The NiCoCrAlYSiB coating samples were obtained before and after the salt spray corrosion. And heat treatment on the electrochemical corrosion resistance of materials. The results show that the surface of the NiCoCrAlYSiB coating shows obvious corrosion cracks after salt spray corrosion, and only a small amount of needle-shaped alumina remains on the surface of the NiCoCrAlYSiB coating. Compared with the as-deposited NiCoCrAlYSiB coating, the oxidation state of NiCoCrAlYSiB coating has good resistance to electrochemical corrosion.
