为观察白细胞介素对眶成纤维细胞生成GAG的影响。在体外培养的眶成纤维细胞中分别加入不同浓度的IL-1,IL-2,IL-6,用3H标记物和液体闪烁分析器检测白细胞介素对眶成纤维细胞产生GAG的影响。结果IL-1可明显刺激眶成纤维细胞生成GAG,IL-2,IL-6高浓度下可使甲状腺相关眼病患者眶成纤维细胞GAG的生成增加40%和53%。结论IL-1是眶成纤维细胞产生GAG较强的刺激因子。IL-2和IL-6可刺激甲状腺相关眼病患者眶成纤维细胞产生GAG。
To observe the effect of interleukin on GAG production in orbital fibroblasts. Different concentrations of IL-1, IL-2 and IL-6 were added to orbital fibroblasts cultured in vitro to detect the effects of interleukin on GAG production in orbital fibroblasts using 3H label and liquid scintillation analyzer. Results IL-1 could significantly stimulate the formation of GAG in orbital fibroblasts. The high production of IL-2 and IL-6 could increase the GAG production in orbital fibroblasts by 40% and 53%, respectively. Conclusion IL-1 is a strong stimulator of GAG in orbital fibroblasts. IL-2 and IL-6 can stimulate GAG in orbital fibroblasts in patients with thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy.
