目的:观察阳虚模型大鼠不同脏器能量代谢水平及附子半夏汤对阳虚模型大鼠不同脏器能量代谢的影响。方法:SD大鼠30只,随机分为3组,分别为正常组、模型组、中药组,除正常组外,其他2组采用肌注氢化可的松注射液,同时灌胃大黄水煎液复制阳虚大鼠模型。造模17天后,中药组灌胃附子半夏汤水煎液2周,给药结束后分别检测各组大鼠心、肝、脾、肾、小肠组织Na~+-K~+-ATP酶的活力。结果:造模第17天时,模型组和中药组大鼠出现体毛枯疏无泽、活动减少、精神不振、爪甲冰凉、体质量增长迟缓、肛温下降等表现。与正常组比较,模型组和中药组大鼠第17天和第31天体质量较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);造模第17天时,模型组和中药组肛温均显著性下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与给药前比较(即第17天),中药组给药后(即第31天)肛温出现显著性上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验结束后,与正常组比较,模型组的肝脏、心脏、肾脏、小肠的Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活性均显著性下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);与模型组比较,中药组的心脏、肾脏、脾脏、小肠的Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活性增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:阳虚模型大鼠不同脏器能量代谢水平均显著下降,附子半夏汤水煎液能显著提高阳虚大鼠心、肾、脾、小肠组织的能量代谢水平。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the energy metabolism of different organs in Yang deficiency model rats and the effect of Fuzi Banxia Decoction on the energy metabolism in different organs of Yang deficiency model rats. Methods: Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal group, model group and traditional Chinese medicine group. Except normal group, the other two groups were injected intramuscularly with hydrocortisone injection and rhubarb decoction Copy-yang rat model. After 17 days of modeling, the Chinese medicine group was given Fuzhu Banxia Decoction for 2 weeks, and the activities of Na ~ + -K ~ + -ATPase in heart, liver, spleen, kidney and small intestine were measured after the treatment . Results: On the 17th day of modeling, the rats in the model group and the traditional Chinese medicine group showed body hair dryness without sparseness, reduced activity, lack of energy, cold claws, slowed growth of body weight and decreased rectal temperature. Compared with the normal group, the body weight of the model group and the traditional Chinese medicine group were lower on the 17th and the 31st day (P <0.01, P <0.05). On the 17th day after model establishment, Rectal temperature were significantly decreased, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). Compared with pre-administration (ie, on the 17th day), the rectal temperature in the TCM group increased significantly after administration (ie, on the 31st day), with significant difference (P <0.05). At the end of the experiment, compared with the normal group, the activity of Na ~ + -K ~ + -ATPase in the liver, heart, kidney and small intestine of the model group decreased significantly, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05, P <0.01 Compared with model group, Na + -K + -ATPase activity in heart, kidney, spleen and small intestine of TCM group increased significantly (P <0.01). Conclusion: The energy metabolism of different organs of Yang deficiency model rats decreased significantly. Decoction of Fuzi Banxia decoction could significantly increase the energy metabolism of heart, kidney, spleen and intestine of Yang deficiency rats.
