本文对半导体集成电路中很重要的半导体表面势阱中信号电荷的读取方法进行了全面分析,分析了浮置扩散放大器性能,深入讨论了浮置栅放大器功能及非破坏性读出技术,给出了差分电流积分器设计技巧,对开关电容放大器和分布浮栅放大器功能进行了讨论。本文除了给出读取技术原理外,还讨论了性能极限,并与实验进行了比较。用于验证的电路是CCD器件,根据本文的设计思想,这些CCD器件已成功地用于多种雷达信号处理和通讯领域。
In this paper, a comprehensive analysis of the signal charge reading method in the semiconductor surface potential well is very important in semiconductor integrated circuits. The performance of the floating diffusion amplifier is analyzed. The function of the floating gate amplifier and the non-destructive readout technology are discussed in detail. A differential current integrator design technique has been introduced to discuss the function of switched capacitor amplifiers and distributed floating gate amplifiers. In addition to the principle of reading technology, this paper also discusses the performance limit, and compared with the experiment. The circuit used for verification is a CCD device. According to the design idea of this paper, these CCD devices have been successfully used in various radar signal processing and communication fields.
