炖鳕鱼原料:鳕鱼1条,萝卜300克,小南瓜1/2个,豆腐1/2块,青椒3个,红辣椒1个,粗葱1根,肉汤5杯,辣酱4匙,辣椒面1匙,蒜末2匙,姜片1小匙,盐少许。做法:①鳕鱼切5厘米长块。②萝卜切0.5厘米厚片,小南瓜切成略厚的粗状块,青椒和红辣椒适当切开、去籽,葱随意切,豆腐按1厘米厚度、长宽3×4厘米大小切成块。③锅里倒入肉汤,放入辣酱,煮沸后下萝卜再煮。④放入鳕鱼,熟到一定程度后,把备好的小南瓜、青椒、红辣椒、豆腐、辣椒面、蒜泥、生姜、葱放入,用盐调味即可。
