由安全稳定控制(简称安控)装置动作远切110 kV终端站使主供电源失电时,110 kV侧备用电源自动投入装置(简称备自投)不应动作,但由其他原因使主供电源失电时,备自投应正确动作,常规备自投无法区分这2种情况。文中介绍一种适应安控系统的微机备用电源自动投入策略, 提出电压不平衡度启动备自投,电压、频率异常闭锁备自投,能够有效地区分上述2种情况。实验测试结果和现场运行情况令人满意。
When the main power supply is far away from the 110 kV terminal station due to the action of the safety and stability control (referred to as safety control) device, the standby power supply automatic input device (abbreviated as Zijiaotiao) on the 110 kV side should not operate, but for other reasons, When the power supply is lost, the equipment should operate correctly and the conventional equipment can not distinguish the two situations. In this paper, we introduce a kind of automatic input strategy of microcomputer standby power to adapt to the security control system, and put forward that voltage imbalance start-up self-voltage, voltage and frequency anomaly latch-up self-vote, can effectively distinguish the above two kinds of situations. The experimental test results and field operation are satisfactory.
