肉毒梭菌是土壤寄生菌,其芽胞在自然界分布甚广。由它引起的食物中毒在国内外均有报导,尤其我国西北地区较为常见。但我省尚未有报告。陆地土壤肉毒梭菌的分布情况也未有资料记载。为了解广东地区陆地土壤肉毒梭菌的污染情况,初步掌握肉毒梭菌食物中毒未发地区与陆地土壤污染肉毒梭菌情况之间关系,为食物中毒监测提供科学依据,继广东沿海地区肉毒梭菌污染情况调查工作之后,近年来,我们又采集陆地土壤进行检查,现把结果报告如下。 Clostridium botulinum is a soil parasitic bacteria, its spores are widely distributed in nature. Food poisoning caused by it has been reported both at home and abroad, especially in Northwest China. However, our province has not yet reported. The distribution of terrestrial soil Clostridium botulinum has also not been documented. In order to understand the contamination of C. botulinum in terrestrial soils in Guangdong Province and to initially grasp the relationship between C. botulinum non-food poisoning and C. botulinum contaminated by terrestrial soils, and to provide a scientific basis for food poisoning monitoring, following the coastal areas of Guangdong Clostridium botulinum contamination survey work, in recent years, we have to collect land soil for inspection, the results are reported as follows.
