在罗非鱼的真空冷冻干燥过程中,升华温度的精确控制是一个大时滞、非线性的控制问题,实际测试表明,现有的PID控制很难实现对升华温度的动态跟踪精确控制,影响冻干罗非鱼的物理、化学和生物性状,尤其是罗非鱼制品的活性等。提出基于自适应粒子群优化预测函数控制(APSO-PFC)的真空冻干温度控制方法,通过仿真和实验比较,表明APSO-PFC控制方法优于目前实际生产中采用的PID控制方法,实现了罗非鱼真空冷冻干燥温度的动态跟踪精确控制,从而提高了冻干罗非鱼片的综合品质。
During the process of vacuum freeze-drying of tilapia, the precise control of sublimation temperature is a large time-delay and nonlinear control problem. Actual tests show that the existing PID control is difficult to achieve precise control of the dynamic tracking of sublimation temperature. Freeze-dried tilapia’s physical, chemical and biological properties, especially the activity of tilapia products. The method of vacuum freeze-drying temperature control based on adaptive particle swarm optimization and predictive function control (APSO-PFC) is proposed. The simulation and experimental comparison show that the APSO-PFC control method is better than the PID control method used in the actual production, Non-fish vacuum freeze-drying temperature of the dynamic tracking of precise control, thereby enhancing the overall quality of freeze-dried tilapia fillets.
